From the high mountains of Las Segovias in northern Nicaragua, along the Honduran border, comes one of the country’s most respected coffee regions. Cool nights and steep slopes let the cherries ripen slowly, building the sweetness and clean structure this region is known for.
This coffee is washed: the fruit is removed before drying, which gives a clear, bright cup. We roast it to a medium, enough to bring out rich caramel and milk chocolate sweetness while keeping a gentle orange brightness in the finish.
It’s a versatile, easy-drinking coffee that works in a drip machine, pour-over or French press, and holds up well with a splash of milk.
Roasted in small batches at Kent Family Farm in Eddyville, Kentucky, and dated by hand so you know exactly how fresh it is.
